Our Youth Support Services (YSS) program offers a full case management approach for youth who have, or who will soon, age out of the foster care system. At age 18, youth are cut off from the crucial services they need to thrive. In partnership with our volunteer mentors, we aim to fill this gap in support and create long term change. An example of the impact a $3700 gift can have is providing a year of YSS services to a youth, including assistance in housing, education, life-skills and mental health counselling.
